Akakura Kanko Resort
Designated as Japan's first international ski resort on December 12, 1937, AKAKAN (Akakura Kanko Ski Resort) features a 4-kilometer run starting from the base of the Hotel No. 5 ski lift. A well-equipped Free Ride Park is also located within the course. For children who are not yet ready for the slopes, the Kids’ Park is recommended. It is conveniently located next to the large parking lot.
